Page to Performance. Context to Character.

Every story has its own rhythm and voice. I enjoy spending time exploring the world behind the words. That understanding guides every performance and helps me tell the story in a way that feels honest and true.

Audiobook narration for stories built on tension, character, and atmosphere

Every audiobook begins on the page. I spend time understanding the world of the story first: the choices behind the writing, and the forces that shape each character. Then I bring that understanding into the booth through performance.

Julie

My background is in theatre. As a director, dramaturg, and playwright for more than 30 years, I've spent my career thinking about story, character, and what makes a scene pop. That perspective naturally shapes the way I approach narration.

I'm especially drawn to mystery, crime, thrillers, and science fiction. I enjoy stories with strong characters, quiet tension, and a sense that there's always something just beneath the surface.

I hold an MFA in Theatre and bring that experience to every project. My goal is simple: to tell each story with honesty and give listeners a performance that serves the writing.

And...when I’m not in the booth, I’m usually reading, writing, solving puzzles, or being supervised by a very large and highly opinionated cat.

-C.G. from Audible

"...I had both the audiobook and the Kindle version, so I dipped in and out of each...the narrator was very good. I devoured it in a couple of days and loved every minute."

-Amy L. from Audible

I listened to it on audiobook....and the narrator was absolutely amazing! There were so many different voices in this story and she completely nailed each one!

-Bill F. from Audible

"The narration made the story and its twists really come to life. On the edge of our seats for over 9 hours."
